Information you submit

The research-question form collects the name, email address, state, topic, timing, and optional context you choose to provide. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, signatures, full unredacted deeds, probate files, tax returns, or other confidential records.

Technical and analytics data

Our hosting and analytics providers may process IP address, device and browser information, referring pages, visited pages, and interaction events needed to operate, secure, and understand the site. The interactive checklists keep progress only in the current browser session and do not submit checklist choices.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to the request, operate and secure the site, diagnose errors, improve content, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell question-form data or use it to make a mineral purchase offer.

Processors and disclosure

Vercel hosts the site, Resend handles transactional email, and PostHog may process product-analytics events. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, records, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email support@mineralrightsiq.com. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

Children and changes

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
